Our head chef is a firm believer in showcasing Welsh produce, meeting local producers and farmers to ensure that we only offer the very best to our customers.

Provenance
We take great pride in the provenance of what we offer to our guests, with an emphasis on the best cuts of locally sourced meat and fish.
We only use Welsh and Scottish beef and local Welsh lamb. Our free-range chickens come directly from a farm in Devon that has supplied us for many years.
We practise traditional butchery techniques and all meat is prepared in-house.
Fish is our speciality so we're only interested in the best local catches. Our fishmonger is a long-established family firm who supplies us daily with premium, freshly caught fish.
Snowden & Co. are one of the top suppliers of fresh and frozen fish in South Wales.
